CURRENCY
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.
PAYMENT METHODS
Available payment methods are displayed at secure checkout and may vary according to customer location, device, order amount, and payment-provider availability.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By submitting an order, you authorize 1800 XM Radio and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the displayed order total.
An authorization hold may appear before the payment is finalized.
BILLING INFORMATION
Customers must provide accurate and complete billing information.
We may request additional verification to:
• Confirm billing details
• Prevent fraud
• Verify identity
• Protect customers and payment providers
DECLINED PAYMENTS
An order is not completed when payment authorization is declined.
We are not responsible for fees imposed by a customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency-conversion provider.
PRICING ERRORS
We may correct a material pricing, discount, tax, shipping, or inventory error before fulfillment.
When a paid order is cancelled because of a verified error, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
FRAUD PREVENTION
We may hold, cancel, or request verification for an order associated with:
• Inconsistent billing information
• Unusual transaction activity
• A high-risk payment signal
• Suspected identity theft
• Suspected unauthorized card use
• Suspected resale or policy abuse
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued according to the Return and Refund Policy and are submitted to the original payment method.
A bank or payment provider may require additional processing time after the refund is submitted.
CHARGEBACKS
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the concern.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using order, delivery, communication, and transaction records.
SIRIUSXM BILLING
1800 XM Radio does not sell, activate, cancel, transfer, bill, or administer SiriusXM subscriptions.
Any third-party subscription charge is governed by the applicable subscription provider.
